Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store Merchandiser in Michigan to help retailers enhance shopper experiences. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; 18+ years old, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and reliable transportation are expected. Opportunities for additional hours and benefits tailored to family needs are available.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
