Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking individuals to support in-store merchandising across retailers in Michigan. You will build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities while delivering friendly, proactive customer service.

No prior experience required as training and team support are provided; must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You're 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
