Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an energetic team member to join our in-store merchandising crew. You will build displays, reset shelves with rotation, and track inventory to help stores maximize sales while delivering excellent customer experiences.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, have reliable transportation, and bring a strong customer-service mindset.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
