Retail Odyssey is seeking team members to support in-store merchandising across Kansas. You will help build displays, reset shelves, and manage shelf rotation to ensure products are presented well and inventory is accurate.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. You will interact with store management and customers, lifting up to 50 lbs, and contribute to sales opportunities while maintaining safety standards.

Qualificações

• Friendly customer-facing role experience is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and positively with customers and teammates.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
