Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant to support Retail Odyssey and its retailers in Roanoke. You will build displays, reset shelves with product rotation, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities. This role emphasizes strong customer interaction, reliability, and ability to handle physical tasks.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; 18+ years old with a focus on safety and excellent service will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and teammates.
• Motivated self-starter with strong bias for action and results.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.
