Job summary

Advantage Solutions, through Retail Odyssey, is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant in Ohio to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory while providing friendly service and maintaining safety standards.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; salary is $14.00 per hour with potential for additional hours and benefits options.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
