Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and enhance the shopping experience. You will build displays, reset shelves with product rotation, and help track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided, with potential for additional hours and benefits options including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Reliable transportation to work location.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
