Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring for an in-store merchandising role in Kansas. You will help build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities while delivering friendly customer service.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed, with additional hours available upon request and benefits customized to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused role requiring friendly, energetic interaction with shoppers.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
