The Retail Odyssey Company in Indiana is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant to build displays, set end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support. You must be 18 or older, able to lift up to 50 lbs, have reliable transportation, and demonstrate excellent customer service in a retail environment.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
