Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking individuals to provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, helping shoppers' experiences by building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience required as training and team support are provided; pay is $18.00 per hour with opportunities for additional hours, referral bonuses, and customizable benefits for you and your family.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 74 lbs.
• Willing to visit multiple stores within a week.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team, staff, and customers.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results.
