Job summary

Advantage Solutions is looking for a friendly, energetic team member to support in-store merchandising for retailers. You will help shoppers by ensuring displays are attractive, shelves are current, and products are rotated to maximize sales.

No prior experience required as training is provided. Must be 18 or older, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation; benefits and growth opportunities are available.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
