Advantage Solutions is seeking individuals to perform in-store merchandising support across multiple retailers in Jacksonville, FL. Join a team that helps ensure product placements meet shopper needs and that displays are refreshed through rotations and end-cap setups.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. You may be scheduled for additional hours and can participate in referral bonuses and customizable benefits like wellness programs and discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 74 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to visit multiple stores weekly.
• Excellent communication skills with team, staff and customers.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

• Have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
• You enjoy physical work of moving, bending, standing, squatting and can lift up to 74 lbs.
• Are open to visiting multiple stores within a week
• Have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, store staff, and customers
• Can work independently or as part of a team
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
