Job summary

Retail Odyssey in Newark, OH is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to help shape the shopper experience. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and monitor stock to support sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; growth from within is emphasized and additional hours may be available. Benefits can be customized to meet families’ needs.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical work.
• Have reliable transportation to and from the work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support by building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support store operations and assist customers as needed.
