Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in Henderson, NV is seeking in-store merchandisers to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales. You will work hands-on with team members to ensure planograms are followed and shelves look appealing.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and ongoing support; you must be 18+, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
