Job summary

Advantage Solutions’ Retail Odyssey unit is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers in Longmont, CO. You will build displays, set end caps, rotate shelves, and monitor inventory to help maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; you will interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
