Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks an in-store merchandiser to support retailers in Michigan. You will build displays, rotate stock, reset shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.

We offer $15.00 per hour, growth opportunities, comprehensive training, and customizable benefits. No prior experience is required, and additional hours may be available to you.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
