Job summary

Advantage Solutions' Retail Odyssey team is seeking an in-store merchandiser to support retailers by setting up displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory. You will help maximize sales opportunities while delivering friendly service to shoppers and store staff.

This role requires you to be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation. Training is provided, with opportunities for additional hours and growth within the company.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
