Job summary

Advantage Solutions' Retail Odyssey division is hiring an in-store merchandising associate in Jefferson City, MO to support retailers and shoppers.

You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities. No prior experience required; training and team support provided.

Candidates should be 18+, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation; growth opportunities and customizable benefits are available.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
