Advantage Solutions, through Retail Odyssey, is hiring for an in-store merchandising role in Surprise, AZ. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to help maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members

• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
