Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and shoppers and help drive sales. You will build displays, set end caps, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to maximize opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed. Growth opportunities abound, and benefits can be customized to meet your family's needs.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Age 18 or older.
• Able to perform physical work: move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Demonstrated excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
