Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising helper to support retailers with displays, end caps, shelf resets, and inventory tracking.

You will join a team that values friendly customer service, with on-the-job training and opportunities for growth. No prior experience is required, and additional hours may be available upon request.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role requiring friendly, enthusiastic interaction with shoppers and colleagues.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to perform physical tasks: lift up to 50 lbs., stand, bend, move.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Collaborate with team to ensure promotional setups are executed correctly.
