Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring for an in-store merchandising role. You will assist retailers by building displays, setting end caps, and rotating stock to keep shelves fresh and appealing.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed. You must be at least 18, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation to work in Defiance, Ohio.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
