Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company, part of Advantage Solutions, seeks in-store merchandising support to help retailers meet shoppers’ needs. You will build displays, reset shelves, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities in a dynamic retail environment.

We offer training with no prior experience required, plus benefits and opportunities to grow within a large network of brands and retailers. This position is based in Indiana, USA, with flexible hours for additional opportunities.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old or older.
• Able to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Friendly, enthusiastic interaction with customers and management.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with action and results orientation.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
