Job summary

Advantage Solutions, through Retail Odyssey, seeks an in-store merchandising support team member. You will build displays, reset shelves, and rotate products to optimize storefront presentation and sales opportunities.

No prior experience required as training and team support are provided. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, be 18+, and have reliable transportation to the work location. Benefits are customizable to fit family needs.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
