Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in Perry, MI is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant to support retailers and shoppers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and team support to help you succeed; you will work with friendly colleagues and have the chance to grow with a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
