Job summary

Advantage Solutions, operating as Retail Odyssey, is seeking associates to support in-store merchandising across retailer locations. You will build displays, reset shelves, and rotate products while tracking inventory to optimize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; candidates should be comfortable engaging customers and store staff, with reliable transportation to the work site.

Qualifications

• Experience in-store merchandising is not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of the role.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, proactive manner.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retail Odyssey and its retailers.
• Build displays and end caps, and reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to help stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure planograms and promotions are executed accurately.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
