Job summary

Advantage Solutions’ Retail Odyssey unit is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to help shape shopping experiences. You’ll build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for retailers.

No prior experience required as training is provided; you must be 18 or older and physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent customer service and reliability are valued in this role.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
