Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate in Germantown, MD. You will help build displays, rotate stock, and track inventory to optimize sales opportunities. Training and team support are provided to help you succeed, with additional hours available upon request.

No prior experience is required, and benefits can be customized to meet your family's needs, including wellness programs and discounts.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Responsibilities
