Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for an in-store merchandising role in Massachusetts. You will support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to boost sales opportunities. No prior experience required; training and team support are provided.

You must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Competitive wages and growth opportunities are offered, with additional hours available on request.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
