Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking energetic individuals for in-store merchandising in Bend, Oregon. You will build displays, rotate products, reset shelves, and track inventory to help retailers maximize sales.

No prior experience is required; we provide training and team support. We offer $16.50 per hour, growth opportunities, and customizable benefits to meet your family’s needs; additional hours may be available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
