Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for in-store merchandising support to help retailers meet shoppers’ needs. You will build displays, reset shelves, and monitor inventory while engaging customers with a friendly, proactive approach.

We offer training, growth opportunities, and flexible scheduling. Prior experience isn’t required as we provide team support to help you succeed and contribute to store sales.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work safely in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory.
• Assist in ensuring stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• Engage with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
