Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks team members to support in-store merchandising and display setups. You will assist with end caps, shelf resets, and inventory tracking to boost sales and customer satisfaction.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed. This role offers hourly pay and opportunities for additional hours and benefits customization.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
