Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is hiring for an in-store merchandising role in Bethesda, MD. You will support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves with rotation, and tracking inventory to boost sales opportunities. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided.

You will interact with customers and management in a friendly, energetic way, be 18+ years old, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation to the location is needed.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
