Job summary

Retail Odyssey in Kentucky (Saint Matthews) is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory. The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, reliability, and safety.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Have reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also contribute to a team.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset in a retail environment.
