Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant to help shape shoppers' experiences and connect customers with products. You will build displays, reset shelves, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities in a fast-paced retail environment.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; benefits are available and additional hours may be offered based on store needs.

Qualifications

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
