Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an energetic in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by creating displays, setting end caps, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You will work closely with store teams to ensure accurate planograms and timely resets, delivering friendly, proactive service.

No prior experience required as training is provided; you must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
