Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, set end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and ongoing team support. You must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced retail environment.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
