Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a frontline merchandiser to help shape in-store experiences. You will provide merchandising support, build displays, rotate stock, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

Training is provided; no prior experience is required. You must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation. Growth opportunities and benefits are available, with wellness programs and discounts for eligible teammates.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shopper's needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
