Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to help shape the shopping experience. You will partner with retailers to meet shopper needs, build displays and end caps, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities across locations.

Experience is not required as training is provided; you will interact with customers and management in a friendly, outgoing manner, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, About You

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
