The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring for an in-store merchandising associate in Brookville, Indiana. You will help shape the shopping experience by building displays, resetting shelves, and ensuring products are presented to maximize sales.

No prior experience required as training is provided; you\'ll interact with customers and management in a friendly, energetic environment. The role offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow within the Advantage Solutions network.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
