Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks a friendly in-store merchandiser to help retailers meet shoppers’ needs by building displays, setting end caps, resetting shelves, and rotating stock. You’ll work on-site with store teams across the Barrington area.

No prior experience required as training is provided; you must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation. We offer competitive wages, opportunities for advancement, and customizable benefits.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
