Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring an in-store merchandiser to support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

You will interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner, and you must be 18+ with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent customer service skills are essential.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
