Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for an in-store merchandising role in Atlantic Beach, NC. You will support retailers by building displays, setting up end caps, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize in-store sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; you can join a growing team with opportunities for advancement and flexible hours. Candidates should be energetic, customer-focused, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
