Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, and managing product rotations. You will help maximize sales opportunities while delivering excellent customer service in a retail environment.

We offer training and team support, with opportunities for growth and flexible hours. No prior experience required, and additional hours may be available upon request.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with strong bias for action and results.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
