Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is looking for in-store merchandisers to support retailers by building displays, refreshing shelves, and tracking inventory. You will help maximize sales opportunities while delivering friendly customer service and strong interpersonal interactions.

No prior experience needed as training and team support are provided; 18+ required and physical work is a part of the role. Competitive hourly wages with opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Able to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with action and results focus.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner

• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members

• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
