Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through engagement and clean, organized store.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty for efficient flow of goods.
