Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. – HomeGoods Tukwila store is seeking a team member to support receiving and merchandising standards and to help create an excellent customer experience.

You will train associates, organize back stock, and ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and replenished while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Join a fast-paced, inclusive environment with peers to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates process merchandise efficiently and accurately.
• Provide an excellent customer experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise; rotate back stock for replenishment.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods.
• Monitor team productivity and coach as needed.
• Support store safety and adherence to policies and procedures.
