Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfactory customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed.
• Model customer experience practices with customers and coworkers.
• Support a positive store culture with honesty and respect.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and handle change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Follow all labor laws, policies, and safety procedures.
• Assist in shrink reduction initiatives and safety awareness.
