Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring in the USA Sierra Store Charlotte region. This role focuses on executing receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an excellent customer experience and maintaining a well-organized store.

You will train Associates, coordinate with the management team, and help drive safety, planograms, and adherence to labor policies while supporting store goals and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to train others.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Ensure customers have an excellent experience and a clean store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing.
• Organize back stock and ensure proper tagging and signage.
• Collaborate with Management on priorities and workflow.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
