Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure associates process efficiently and work as a team.
• Engage with customers to ensure an excellent experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Model exceptional customer service and promote a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Coordinate with the management team to ensure flow of goods to the sales floor and back stock organization.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles and productivity; monitor performance and provide feedback.
